The Parish Pastoral Council extends a warm welcome to everyone who visits either of the two churches St. Patrick's, Slane or The Assumption, Monknewtown. Should you wish to help as a Reader, Minister of the Eucharist, Legion of Mary, Eucharistic Adoration, Choir or preparing for Easter, Christmas ceremonies, Hill of Slane, Holy Well, Graveyard Sunday events - kindly contact slaneparish@gmail.com. Our next meeting is this Tuesday 28th January at 7.30pm in St. Erc’s Oratory.
On Sunday, January 26th at 4pm, there will be a celebration of sung vespers in the Cathedral in Mullingar with the religious, the priests, sisters and brothers of religious congregations in the diocese. The Church celebrates the contribution of religious life on the Feast of the Presentation. All are welcome to join with the Cathedral and Diocesan Choir for this celebration as we mark the contribution of religious to our diocese.

The Singing Group practice on Wednesdays from 8pm to 9pm in St. Erc’s Oratory. They generally sing at the 11am Mass in Slane on a fortnightly basis. New members welcome

Graves; - there has been an increase in recent weeks of waste material been taken from graves & left behind headstones. Please take whatever is taken of your graves home with you.
The Holy Rosary will take place after 9am mass on weekdays.
